Cinnamon Rolls using Soft Roll Dough
Cinnamon rolls are THE best.
But who has time to make them? I definitely don't want to wait for two hours to eat in the morning!
I really want to eat them, though!
If you used my dinner roll recipe for last night's dinner, you already have dough ready! If not, whip it up! It doesn't take too long. Plus, it's fool proof. So all that work won't go to waste.
Cinnamon Rolls are so simple. Make the dough, roll it into a square, and spread the butter over the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and push the sugar lightly into the dough. Sprinkle a layer of cinnamon and roll the dough lengthwise into a roll. Pinch the ends together. Cut 1 1/2 inch thick rolls with a knife or string. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden on top. Let cool slightly and frost to your heart's content.
Have a lovely day!
